DATA WE COLLECT
We may collect the following data from you:
Information submitted by you when you register, such as your date of birth, email address, and password.
If you are registering a minor, we will collect your child’s age and a name for your child’s profile.
Information when you purchase a membership such as your payment information, mailing address, and telephone number. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you subscribe to our platform (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. HOW DO WE COLLECT DATA ANALYSIS
We use cookies to collect data such as browser type, time spent on our platform, pages visited, language preferences, books you prefer and other traffic data. We use this information to help ensure that Qüentales is working properly.
An IP address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses Qüentales, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address. Your IP address is a number that is automatically transferred to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider. Collecting IP addresses is standard practices and is done automatically by many websites and virtual platforms. Qüentales use IP addresses for targets such as to determine usage levels, administering the web indeed, and diagnose server problems.
Gathered information does not identify you or any other user of our platform (for example, we may gather information to assess the percentage of our users who are connecting from same location due to their particular telephone area code).

MINOR’S PRIVACY
Qüentales never collects, shares, or stores minor data. The only information we collect, store and use to provide the services is the personal information of the account creator, who must be above the age of 18. Individuals below the age of 18 (“minors”) shall not be allowed to create a Qüentales account without the express permission of a legal guardian or parent. All full names, email addresses, and credit card billing information must be from a parent or guardian. We encourage parents to take an active role in their children’s activities and interests on their devices. When registering your child with Qüentales, we may ask general questions including your child’s age, interests, and gender. This information is used to customize content to your child’s age and interests. We do not use or disclose this information for any other purposes except to provide you with quality service. Any data that is shared is done so on an anonymous, aggregate basis among all users or is related to communicating reading behavior patterns to publishers.
